Corn peeler belongs to corn processing machinery. It mainly includes the fuselage, which is equipped with a feeding port, a power seat connected to the fuselage, an efficiency of 8500-12500 pieces/h, a stripping rate of 80% -95%, a crushing rate of less than 1%, and a loss rate of less than 2%. Can effectively complete corn husking operations, replace manual operations, and improve work efficiency.
The corn peeling machine is mainly composed of a frame, a feeding hopper, a drum, and a discharge port. The raw materials enter the drum chamber through the feeding port, and the corn husk is peeled off by the drum body through rotation, friction, compression, and propulsion. The corn husk and corn cob are automatically discharged from their respective outlets.
Precautions for using a corn peeler:
1. Do not start the machine until the protective device is properly installed.
2. The work site should be spacious, well ventilated, and the operator should wear neatly. Long hair should be tied up and fixed, and the power switch should be close to the operator so that the power can be cut off as soon as possible in case of a malfunction. It is strictly prohibited for hard objects to enter the machine to avoid causing artificial damage to the machine.
3. Turn off the power when checking the machine.
4. Check whether each component is damaged, replace and repair it in a timely manner, and strictly prohibit the machine from operating with defects.
5. Check if the circuit is functioning properly for the operator.
6. During the homework process, attention should be paid to observing, inspecting, and tightening the bolts of various transmission components to ensure the machine operates smoothly.
7. During the homework process, the feeding of crops should be continuous and even, with moderate feeding amounts, otherwise it will affect the quality and efficiency of the homework. At the end of the homework, the machine should not be stopped immediately. It should continue to run for 3-5 minutes until all the materials inside the machine are drained before stopping, otherwise it may cause blockage inside the machine.
8. When a blockage occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately and can only be cleaned after it has stopped.
9. When the machine is running, hands and arms must not touch the drum, the protective cover must not be opened or removed, and no one is allowed to stand at the grass outlet during machine operation (see precautions and signs) to avoid personal injury accidents.
10. When transporting and transferring, it should be lifted and placed flat, without heavy drops or inversion, to avoid deformation and damage to the frame or components.
Maintenance and storage methods for corn peelers:
Pre homework inspection:
1. Check that all components are in good condition and promptly troubleshoot any faults. Check the tightening of bolts in various parts, and tighten them if they are loose.
2. The residual seeds and debris after the previous assignment should be inspected on the machine, and lubricating oil should be added to the bearings and other rotating parts every shift.
Maintenance after homework:
1. After the shift, check the tightening of bolts in various parts and maintain the machine. After each season's homework is completed, it should be inspected. If there are damaged or severely worn parts, they should be replaced in a timely manner and used in the following threshing season.
2. After maintenance and repair, the machine should be cleaned inside and outside, and placed in a dry and ventilated room. The machine should not be placed directly on the ground to avoid moisture. If the paint falls off, it should be repainted, and unpainted parts should be coated with anti rust oil.
3. Regularly add lubricating oil to each bearing, usually after 10 days of use for a new machine, and then every month thereafter. The replacement of bearings should be carried out by maintenance personnel to avoid affecting the assembly quality of the entire machine.
